To achieve high-precision movement of heavy objects it is necessary to control and synchronize the movements of multiple lifting points. By controlling the oil flow to each cylinder, the pumps maintain very accurate positional control. Synchronous Lifting Pumps enable a single operator to control an entire lifting operation from a single device, without the need for manual monitoring. EVO SyncLift Systems combine high-pressure hydraulics with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls to monitor and control each lifting point. Through an integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI), all movements are managed from a central control position that displays live operation with real-time status updates. Depending on the cylinder capacities used, an accuracy of 0.040 inches (1 mm) between lifting points is achieved.
